From the look on her face I would say the party on Saturday went well! We saved a few presents for her to open on her real birthday and she will also take cupcakes to her school.

Giant inflatable Dora - awesome! The only thing better would be if it was a pinata! ;o) ..or at the very least the manufacturer could make the head a separate "pop-offable" unit.
Four-year-olds are awesome! Mine recently lamented upon hearing his less than favorite "NO"-word, "DAD, YOU HAF TO BE KIDDING ME!!" It was hysterical the way he said it.
They are little thirty year olds trapped in 4 year old bodies. Emma told me the other day.." Mom, you really have to clean my room!" the tone was...get with it lady..this is your job! Hysterical in the moment but that one ...we'll have to nip in the bud!!
