For a Friend- A friend of God

God makes everything beautiful in his time
He sees beyond what others can’t find
He knows your pain, the trap you’re in
God can set you free and break all sin.

Do you hear him when he calls?
When everything fails and your spirit falls
He speaks so clearly in your heart’s ear
Move in obedience and do not fear.

God makes everything beautiful in his time
Confusion and brokenness he does not mind
He knows all things and can see the end
His name is faithful- He is your friend

God makes everything beautiful in his time
Forgiveness and healing are always mine
He fills me with the daily strength I need
God teaches endurance, he buries the seed

Yes, I hear him when he calls!
When everything fails and my spirit falls
He speaks so clearly in my heart’s ear
I will move in obedience- I will not fear.

Make everything beautiful Lord
In your time, in your time-
Make everything beautiful Lord.
