"For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known." 1 Corinthians 13:12

Let me know what you think....a new way to share my poetry.
The lettering is difficult to see when the letters are white and the background is very pale. (3 stanzas out of 4. The final stanza popped terrifically with the dark color behind the white letters.)
the opinion is forming as I write my 2 cents worth of input..... On style,Not content. The prayer is powerful and resonant.
I'm going to have to revisit this again.... There is something to be said for poetry allowing the readers imagination, heart and experience, to paint their own word pictures.
Still, the backgrounds fit the words. And art speaks without words..... As a style, It is somewhere in the differance of a solitaire or a multi-jeweled ring, both beautiful, but one more eloquent in focus.
The background settings of this very focused prayer conveys its message with harmony, not all videos can do that without distracting.
Short answer, I was blessed, and the author is a trusted source of spirit.
Thanks everyone for your comments. Jody Banks-Smith has helped me with this and we pretty much had the same opinions! Thanks for helping with the creative process. Just trying new things.

Only a reflection as in a mirror,an image.A form of what is, what we see or perceive of who we are. Yet,Promised so much more. Now,we know in part. Then,we shall know fully. Breathe, the warmth of Your Breath on the glass of my soul.Leave the fingerprint of God upon my mirror.
So, when others draw near to share a breath of life,a moment, they may see the mark of God pressed on me.Breathe and it will appear not because I put it there. But because I've been touched by the hand of God.No reflection will be seen past the mark He made. When others look in my mirror and breathe.

As I was reading the poetry, it was almost as if you had read my mind as I prayed earlier today and wrote it down.
I praise God, because He knows what we need before we ask it!
Thank you!
