Stop the merry-go-round I want off!

We are moving house this week. The moving truck came yesterday. The house is just down a couple streets from where we live. We are moving for more living space. Pray for us please!
Now, I have two messy houses, 4 kids with lots of school work, one hairy dog and a partridge in a pear tree! (That's me getting ready for the kettle season which is sneaking up quickly behind us.)
If I mentioned all that has happened this week you would want off the merry-go-round too!
Houses, family, corps activities, plumber (don’t ask!) and the irony of it all is I am teaching at continuing education next week. The title of my class? Juggling 101. It's about balancing life and ministry. Hmmm. It always gets this crazy before I teach this class. Anyone thinking what I am thinking??
Prayers for sanity would be welcomed!

You should win an award or something...not only are you sylish, up to date with the tecnology of the world (for example texting, myspace, blogger!), easy to talk to, you have a great personality, your a great preacher and teacher and listener, and at the same time a mother of four beautiful girls, a wife and a pastor! You two are such brown-nosers! You're gonna give her a big head.

"Stop this train" by John Mayer has been on constant repeat for me lately. You're not alone. Let me know if you need help unpacking.

"No, I'm not colorblind
I know the world is black and white
I try to keep an open mind
But I just can't sleep on this tonight

Stop this train
I want to get off
And go home again
I can't take the speed it's moving in
I know I can't
But honestly, won't someone stop this train?

Don't know how else to say it
I don't want to see my parents go
One generation's length away
From fighting life out on my own

Stop this train
I want to get off
And go home again
I can't take the speed it's moving in
I know I can't
But honestly, won't someone stop this train?

So scared of getting older
I'm only good at being young
So I play the numbers game
To find a way to say that life has just begun

Had a talk with my old man
Said "help me understand"
He said "turn sixty-eight
You renegotiate"

"Don't stop this train
Don't for a minute change the place you're in
Don't think I couldn't ever understand
I tried my hand
John, honestly we'll never stop this train"

Once in awhile, when it's good
It'll feel like it should
And they're all still around
And you're still safe and sound
And you don't miss a thing
Till you cry when you're driving away in the dark
Singing

Stop this train
I want to get off
And go home again
I can't take the speed it's moving in
I know I can't
Cause now I see I will never stop this train"

Just hold on for the ride.

Here's my address: CMR 427 Box 1230, APO AE 09630. It's a regular stamp when sending from the states. Give the girls my love and the sunbeams too!!!

I emailed you, but in case you do not see it. I won't be at writers' group tonight. We have NJYB practice and I feel I need to be there as it is our last rehearsal before the Fall Festival November 11. You are going right?

Well have fun. Talk to you later.
