Hi Carole! I ran across your blog recently and love reading your entries (especially this poem!!).

Thanks for reminding me of how glad I am, to have jumped long ago from my rocking boat to the all encompassing depths of the Creator Himself,..................
Not the timid heart that steps in a toe, then wades out a bit,..... splashes some water on the arms and chest as if trying it out to see if it feels good enough to stay ,,,,,
Not for me !.... mine is the desperate soul,aware of the depths .... that leaps with Booth and shouts .."I plunge neath the waters, they roll over me".
And grace follows , always amazing, that enables us to walk through the storm , locked in step and hand with the Calmer of waves and Commander of seas.
Thank you for painting with the words of the Spirit.
